CHECK-IN REMINDERS FOR PARENTS:

All campers must have their own parent/guardian present for check-in on February 7th.

Check in begins at 8:45AM in the La Jolla Pres. Life Center. We ask that you give our hard-working volunteers time and space to set up so that we can offer a smooth, quick process for all families at 8:45AM. Thank you!

Please bring the following:

1. Camper with all of their luggage, labeled with camper’s name on it. Packing list here!

2. Any medications (including inhalers/epi pens/over the counter meds/supplements) in original packaging accompanied by our TRAVELING MEDICATIONS FORM. You can read more about our procedure for medications on trips here. Not bringing any meds? You don’t need the Traveling Meds form.

CONTACT INFO WHILE WE ARE AT CAMP:

Students will not have reception while we are at camp. Phones will be stored away safely while at Big Bear. We’ll be on “camp time” enjoying some unplugged days. If you have an emergent need to get a hold of a camper, please contact the office.

CAMP TRAVEL ITINERARY:

February 7th:

Please arrive for check-in at 8:45AM. A parent must be present for every camper. Buses are scheduled to depart at 10AM, will stop for lunch along the route, and arrive at the camp in the early afternoon, traffic permitting.

February 9th:

Buses are scheduled to depart from camp at 11:30AM. We will not make any stops on the route, and plan to return to La Jolla Presbyterian Church on the 9th at approx. 2:30PM, traffic permitting. Students will have their phones on the bus ride home, and we can contact parents with a more exact ETA when we are en route.
