Welcome to SunHouse! It is our honor to host your child at one of our weekly programs. Middle school meets on Wednesdays (5PM-7PM), and high school meets on Mondays (7PM-9PM).
To verify it is a parent/guardian completing these forms, we require a copy of your ID is submitted. A photo of your ID can be emailed here. Alternatively, you can bring your ID to the church office.
